Speedway Children’s Charities (SCC) Sonoma, the charitable arm of Sonoma Raceway, raised over $55,000 through ticket sales from the Ferrari Challenge North America event. The funds raised will go directly to supporting local children and families in need throughout Sonoma County. 

While DENSO NHRA Sonoma Nationals race weekend was buzzing with racing records and milestones, the biggest feel-good story was helping local children and families in need. With the help of fans and the NHRA racing community, over $25,000 was raised for local non-profits through Speedway Children’s Charities Sonoma (SCC).  

Drive For Charity - First Laps event, held in March of 2024, at the newly repaved Sonoma Raceway road course, raised over $15,000 for children in need in Sonoma County. Speedway Children’s Charities Sonoma, the charitable arm of Sonoma Raceway, offered the opportunity for motorsports enthusiasts to be some of the first to drive the newly repaved Sonoma Raceway road course. 

The Speedway Motorsports Annual Giving Report provides an in-depth look at numerous charitable and volunteer efforts conducted by the company's world-class motorsports entertainment venues as well as SMI Properties, zMAX, Performance Racing Network, and US Legends Cars International.
