Speed, smiles and support for a great cause took center stage at Sonoma Raceway for Speedway Children’s Charities’ Drive For Charity event, transforming high-speed fun into over $17,000 raised for local children and families in need.

Benefitting the Sonoma chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities (SCC), this fan-favorite event gave participants the rare opportunity to take their own street-legal vehicles for a spin on Sonoma Raceway’s legendary road course – all while making a meaningful impact in the community.

From luxury muscle cars to the family minivan, motorsports enthusiasts of all kinds lined up to experience the same twists and turns that have challenged the world’s best drivers. Whether it was a bucket-list moment or an annual tradition, each lap around the track helped provide vital funding for families and children who need it the most.

“Drive For Charity isn’t just about the excitement of driving on a world-class racetrack, it’s about coming together to support kids and families in need. Every dollar raised stays right here in our community, making a real difference,” said Courtney Kiser, Director of Speedway Children Charities Sonoma Chapter.

Since its inception in 2001, the Sonoma Chapter of SCC has distributed over $6.8 million to qualified Sonoma County youth groups, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to the community.
