Sonoma Raceway has been busy readying the Sonoma Valley facility for NASCAR's annual Northern California stop, creating several enhancements for fans to enjoy during this weekend's Toyota/Save Mart 350 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race weekend, June 21-23.

50th Anniversary Celebrations
There will be plenty to celebrate this weekend as Sonoma Raceway honors its 50th anniversary at the Toyota/Save Mart 350. From a vintage stock car display to live art by David Arrigo, 50th anniversary book sales and a pre-race Q&A by NASCAR legends Richard Childress, Ernie Irvan and Hershel McGriff, Sonoma Raceway is gearing up for fans to enjoy a golden anniversary in wine country.

Fans Get Closer to the Action
Sonoma Raceway created a new fan viewing area called "The Point," which is the closest spot to watch drivers tackle the new road course configuration and 200-degree Carousel turn. It's also a great place to catch the green flag and restarts as the field battles up the hill to Turn 2. The area also features 600 feet of brand new stand up bars, shade under a new redwood pergola, food, beverages, games and plenty of racing action. Access to this area is open to all ticket holders.

More Shade
The raceway has added more than 3,000 square feet of Humboldt Redwood Company shade structures since last year, including 1,728 square feet of shade at "The Point" and 864' in front of the Raceway Café, as well as an additional 600' of shaded tent structure at the Turn 7 RevZone. Fans can also relax and cool off at the Grill Garden pergolas located above Turns 2 and 9.

More Shuttles
New for 2019, Sonoma Raceway will work with JOYRIDE to offer golf cart rides throughout the entire facility for a $5 minimum tip to the driver. This is in addition to the raceway's current shuttle services.

Honoring Darrell Waltrip
FOX analyst and NASCAR legend Darrell Waltrip will give his final "Boogity, Boogity, Boogity" prior to the Toyota/Save Mart 350 broadcast on FS1 and Sonoma Raceway will dedicate lap 19 of the Toyota/Save Mart 350 to Waltrip, in honor of his 19 years in broadcasting. The raceway will also recognize Waltrip's last race with a special pre-race presentation.

Families Welcome
Some of NASCAR's youngest race fans can take part in a kids-only autograph session with drivers Landon Cassill and Corey LaJoie on Saturday, a kids-only question-and-answer session with Aric Almirola on Sunday, as well as enjoy the Sonoma Raceway Kids Zone, a place to pick up an official Kids Club badge and souvenir poster, say hi to Burnin' Bovine, get a picture taken with real race cars and assemble gravity-powered cars while learning about STEM.

Fresh, Fast Food Offerings
Race fans can enjoy fresh new flavors as Benicia-based Loubier Gourmet, the Official BBQ Sauce and Rubs of Sonoma Raceway, will sample a selection of award-winning line of products at their booth in the main paddock as well as on a variety of barbeque for sale at concessions including beef brisket, pulled pork and smoked chicken.

High-Powered Gourmet Coffee
Joining NASCAR weekend for the first time, Devil Mountain Coffee Company, the Official Coffee of Sonoma Raceway, will sample its high-octane coffee at a booth in the main paddock and sell a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks from their location under the Main Grandstand.

Nor Cal Craft Beer
Morris Distributing has assembled some of Northern California's most popular craft beers including Bear Republic Brewing Company's Racer 5, Lost Coast Brewery's Great White, Barrel & Sons Pilsner and Oskar Blues Brewery's Dale's Pale Ale.

Stay Cool with Portacool
Race fans can take a break and cool off at one of six Portacool Cooling Stations located in Turns 2, 4, 7, 9, The Point and under the Main Grandstand. Portacool evaporative coolers provide relief from the scorching temperatures through the natural process of evaporation without the messy mist.

Save Mart/Lucky Breaking Zone
For the fifth consecutive year, Save Mart and Lucky will host the Breaking Zone in the main paddock. This popular fan destination will be the hub of activity, including a photo booth and virtual-reality ride around our track plus a jam-packed schedule of Q&As with drivers and NASCAR personalities, music and much more.
