The incredible 458 Challenge EVOs of the Ferrari Challenge North America Series return to Sonoma Raceway for the 11th consecutive year, April 8-10. The event marks the second of seven races for the 2016 North American Ferrari Challenge, the longest-running single-make series featured in three different regions around the world - North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
This highly-anticipated event, a long-standing highlight for Northern California Ferrari fans and clients, promises to deliver a weekend of luxurious cars, exciting racing and entertainment.
There is plenty of fun to be had both on and off the track, as the paddock will offer official Ferrari merchandise with official Ferrari gear and product specialists, as well as vintage and late-model Ferrari displays. Sunday will also feature a Concours d'Elegance where fans can vote for their favorite vintage Ferrari.
On track, the weekend will include two practice sessions on Friday, with qualifying and racing set for both Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Highlighted track activities include a Ferrari Classiche lapping session on Saturday and Sunday, as well as a LaFerrari Lapping Session on Sunday featuring the LaFerrari, Enzo, F50 and F40 supercars.
This event has thrilled drivers and fans alike since its inception in 1993. Running on the most beautiful and renowned circuits in the world, the Challenge provides Ferrari clients who have a passion for racing a championship series that is designed to allow drivers to enjoy themselves and their cars in both a competitive and safe environment.
General admission tickets are $20 each day and can be purchased at the gate. Kids (12 and under) will be admitted FREE all weekend, with the purchase of any adult ticket; parking is also free.
A Ferrari Challenge VIP Hospitality package is available for $250 each day or $400 for a weekend pass and includes an exclusive VIP hospitality experience featuring continental breakfast, premium lunch, drinks and snacks, access to a relaxation zone, preferred parking and more. As part of the VIP Hospitality package, Ferrari owners will have the opportunity to drive their personal Ferraris on track during one of the Client Lapping Sessions.
