SONOMA, Calif. - Race fans can get a jumpstart on the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series weekend at Sonoma Raceway with the "Toyota/Save Mart 350 Preview Show" on NBC Sports Bay Area.
NBC Sports Bay Area (formerly CSN Bay Area) is slated to debut the half-hour show on Thursday, June 1, at 6 p.m. (Pacific) and will also air on the following days and times leading up to NASCAR race weekend at Sonoma Raceway, June 23-25:
- Thursday, June 1, 6 p.m.
- Saturday, June 3, 4 a.m. and 6 a.m.
- Thursday, June 8, 6 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 13, 3:30 p.m.
- Thursday, June 15, 5:30 p.m.
- Saturday, June 17, 6:30 p.m.
- Sunday, June 18, 9 p.m.
The Emmy-nominated preview show celebrates its 19th consecutive year with features including Toyota break-out star and Sunoco Rookie of the Year candidate Daniel Suarez, who became the first Mexican-born driver to win a NASCAR national series championship. Other features include a look at NASCAR's fresh faces Chase Elliot, Kyle Larson, Erik Jones and Ryan Blaney. Fans will also enjoy interviews with top drivers and NASCAR legends, including Clint Bowyer, "The King" Richard Petty and more. Viewers can also expect a nod to NASCAR star Dale Earnhardt Jr. as he races for the last time in the Cup Series at Sonoma Raceway.
